Planning Enforcement
Where a development has been carried out without the necessary planning consent the Council will investigate to see if any breaches of planning have taken place.
Where conditions attached to a planning consent have not been complied with, the Council will seek to enforce those conditions.

If you have any concerns about the development or use of land or buildings in your local area, write to your Development Management Section stating in as much detail as possible what your concerns are. Your complaint will be investigated and you will be advised of the progress of the investigation and its outcome.
